Muhammad Bin Ismail said: Ibn Abi Laila is truthful; but his correct Ahadith are not recognizable from his weak ones. And I do not report anything from him. Ibn Abi Laila is truthful; and Faqih; the problem is only in the chain.Nasr Bin Ali narrated to us; [he said:] Abdullah Bin Dawud narrated us; from Sufyan AlThawri who said: Our Fuqaha are Ibn Abi Laila and Abdullah Bin Shubrumah. 2. It has been reported from Sulaiman Bin Buraida through his father that when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ appointed anyone as leader of an army or detachment he would especially exhort him to fear Allah and to be good to the Muslims who were with him. He would say: Fight in the name of Allah and in the way of Allah. Fight against those who disbelieve in Allah. Make a holy war; do not embezzle the spoils; do not break your pledge; and do not mutilate the dead bodies; do not kill the children. When you meet your enemies who are polytheists; invite them to three courses of action. If they respond to any one of these; you also accept it and withhold yourself from doing them any harm. Invite them to accept Islam; if they respond to you; accept it from them and desist from fighting against them. Then invite them to migrate from their lands to the land of the Muhajireen and inform them that; if they do so; they shall have all the privileges and obligations of the Muhajireen. If they refuse to migrate; tell them that they will have the status of Bedouin Muslims and will be subjected to the Commands of Allah like other Muslims; but they will not get any share from the spoils of war or Fai except when they actually fight with the Muslims against the disbelievers. If they refuse to accept Islam; demand from them the Jizya. If they agree to pay; accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax; seek Allah help and fight them. When you lay siege to a fort and the besieged appeal to you for protection in the name of Allah and His Prophet; do not accord to them the guarantee of Allah and His Prophet; but accord to them your own guarantee and the guarantee of your companions for it is a lesser sin that the security given by you or your companions be disregarded than that the security granted in the name of Allah and His Prophet be violated. When you besiege a fort and the besieged want you to let them out in accordance with Allah Command; do not let them come out in accordance with His Command; but do so at your own command; for you do not know whether or not you will be able to carry out Allah behest with regard to them. 3. It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ observed: Be prompt in doing good deeds before you are overtaken by turbulence which would be like a part of the dark night. During that stormy period a man would be a Muslim in the morning and an unbeliever in the evening or he would be a believer in the evening and an unbeliever in the morning; and would sell his faith for worldly goods. 4. Muhammad Bin Abi Attab narrated to me; he said Affan narrated to me; on authority of Muhammad Bin Yahya Bin Said AlQattan; on authority of his father; he said: We do not see the righteous more false in anything than they are regarding <U+1E24>adith. Ibn Abi Attab said: So Muhammad Bin Yahya Bin Said AlQattan and I met and I asked him about it and he said on authority of his father: You will not see the people of good Ahl AlKhayr more false in anything than they are regarding <U+1E24>adith. Muslim said: He was saying that falsehood flows upon their tongues although they do not intend to lie. SahihMuslim-017-001-17132
5. Jabir Bin Abdullah Allah be pleased with them reported that Allah Apostle ﷺ made it obligatory for every tribe the payment of blood-wit; he then also made it explicit that it is not permissible for a Muslim to make himself the ally of the slave emancipated by another Muslim without his permission. He the narrator further added : I was informed that he the Holy Prophet cursed the one who did that and it was recorded in his Sahifa in a document. SahihMuslim-017-001-21185
6. Salim reported on the authority of his father Abdullah Bin Umar that he his father had heard Allah Messenger ﷺ as saying: It is not proper for a Muslim who has got something to bequeathe to spend even three nights without having his will written down with him regarding it. Abdullah Bin Umar Allah be pleased with them said: Ever since I heard Allah Messenger ﷺ say this I have not spent a night without having my will written along with me. SahihMuslim-017-001-17955
7. It was narrated from Abdullah Bin Amr that: The Prophet SAWSYMOBOL said: The extinction of the whole world is less significant before Allah than killing a Muslim man. SunanAlNasai-017-001-14110
8. Abu Huraira reported Allah Messenger ﷺ as saying: No babe is born but upon Fitra. It is his parents who make him a Jew or a Christian or a Polytheist. A person said: Allah Messenger; what is your opinion if they were to die before that before reaching the age of adolescence when they can distinguish between right and wrong ? He said: It is Allah alone Who knows what they would be doing. SahihMuslim-017-001-19454
9. Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah Messenger ﷺ said; Any Muslim who has lost three of his children will not be touched by the Fire except that which will render Allah oath fulfilled. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-2063
