Usma Bin Zaid was his Companion-rider behind him on the same camel. In his company were Bill and Uthmn Bin Talha ; who was one of the AlHajabah who keep the key of the gate of the Kabah. When he made his camel kneel down in the Masjid i.e.; AlMasjid AlHaram ; he ordered him i.e.; Uthman to bring the key of the Kabah. Then Allah Messenger ﷺ entered the Kabah along with Usma Bin Zaid; Bill and Uthmn Bin Talha ; and he stayed in it for a long period and then came out. The people rushed to get in and Abdullh Bin Umar was the first to enter and he found Bill standing behind the door. Ibn Umar asked Bill; Where did Allah Messenger ﷺ offer the Prayer prayer ? When I got there; it was said that Uthman Bin Affan had come. He came; wearing a yellowish cloak. I said to my companion: Stay where you are until I find out what is happening. Uthman said: Is Ali here? Is AlZubair here? Is Talha h here? Is Saad here? They said: Yes. He said: I adjure you by Allah; beside Whom there is none worthy of worship; are you aware that the Messenger of Allah said: Whoever buys the Mirbad of Banu so and so; Allah will forgive him; and I bought it; then I came to the Messenger of Allah and told him; and he said: Add it to our Masjid and the reward for it will be yours? They said: Yes. He said: I adjure you by Allah; beside Whom there is none worthy of worship; are you aware that the Messenger of Allah said: Whoever buys the well of Rumah; Allah will forgive him; so I came to the Messenger of Allah and said: I have bought the well of Rumah. So we set out and found the people gathered around a group in the middle of the Masjid; among whom were Ali; AlZubair; Talha h and Saad Bin Abi Waqqas. While we were like that; Uthman came; wearing a yellowish cloak with which he had covered his head. He said: Is Ali here? Is Talha h here? Is AlZubair here? Is Saad here? They said: Yes. He said: I adjure you by Allah; beside Whom there is none worthy of worship; are you aware that the Messenger of Allah said: Whoever buys the Mirbad of Banu so and so; Allah will forgive him; and I bought it for twenty or twenty-five thousand; then I came to the Messenger of Allah and told him; and he said: Add it to our Masjid and the reward for it will be yours? SunanAlNasai-017-001-14658It was narrated that Jabir Bin Abdullah said: On the day of Uhud; the people ran away; and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was in one position among twelve men of the Ansar; one of whom was Talha h Bin Ubaidullah. He said: Who will face the people? Talha h said: I will. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Stay where you are. One of the Ansar said: I will; O Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He said: You go ahead. So he fought until he was killed. Then he turned and saw the idolators. He said: Who will face the people? Talha h said: I will. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Stay where you are. One of the Ansar said: I will; O Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He said: You go ahead. So he fought until he was killed. This carried on; and each man of the Ansar went out to face them and fought like the one before him; and was killed; until only the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and Talha h Bin Ubaidullah were left. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Who will face the people? Talha h said: I will. So Talha h fought like the eleven before him; until his hand was struck; and his fingers were cut off; and he exclaimed in pain. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: If you had said Bismillah in the Name of Allah ; the angels would have lifted you up with the people looking on. I dont know how to deal with these lavatories. The Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; used to go into it and drink from the pleasant water which was in it. Anas continued; When this ayat was sent down You will not obtain rightness of action until you expend of what you love; Surat 2 ayat l76 ; Abu Talha went to the Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; and said; Messenger of Allah! Allah; the Blessed; the Exalted; has said; You will not obtain until you expend of what you love. The property which I love the best is Bayruha. It is sadaqa for Allah. That is property which profits! That is property which profits. I have heard what you have said about it and I think that you should give it to your relatives. I recognised hunger in it; so; do you have anything? She replied; Yes; and brought out some barley loaves. She took her long head scarf and wrapped up the bread with part of it and put it into my Anass hand and gave me part of it to wear. Then she sent me to the Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Anas continued; I took it; and I found the Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; sitting in the Masjid with some people. I watched them. The Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; said; Did Abu Talha send you? I replied; Yes. He said; For food? I said; Yes. The Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; said to those with him; Let us go. He set off and I went among them until I came to Abu Talha and told him. Abu Talha said; Umm Sulaym! The Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; has brought people and we have no food. What shall we give them to eat? She said; Allah and His Messenger know best. Anas continued; Abu Talha went out and met the Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; and the Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; approached with Abu Talha until they entered. The Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; said; Come now; Umm Sulaym; what have you got? She brought out bread. The Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; ordered it to be broken into pieces; and Umm Sulaym squeezed out onto it a container of clarified butter which she had seasoned. Then the Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; said whatever Allah wished him to say; and said; Will you give permission for ten of them to come in? He gave them permission; and they ate until they were full and then left. He said; Give permission to ten more. He gave them permission; and they ate until they were full and left. Then he said; Give permission to ten more. He gave them permission and they ate until they were full and left. Then he said; Give permission to ten more. Umar said; You and your like are taken by people as imams; and if an ignorant man were to see this garment he would say that Talha Ibn Ubaydullah used to wear a dyed robe while he was in ihram. He brought them some cooked food and they ate; and then Anas got up and did Ablution. Abu Talha and Ubay Ibn Kaab asked; What this; Anas? Is it an Iraqi custom? and Anas said; I wish I had not done it. i.e. Ablution.
