Two guards came to make him sit down but he refused until he had prayed. When he finished he came to us and we said: May Allah have mercy upon you. They nearly harmed you. He said: I was not going to stop performing them the two Rakah after what I saw from Allah Messenger. Then he mentioned that a man who appeared untidy came on Fridy while the Prophet was delivering the Friday Khutbah; so he ordered him to pray two Rakah all the while the Prophet was delivering the Khutbah. 5. Narrated Abd AlAziz: Anas said; The Prophet ﷺ sent seventy men; called AlQurra for some purpose. The two groups of Bani Sulaim called Ril and Dhakwan; appeared to them near a well called Bir Mauna. The people i.e. AlQurra said; By Allah; we have not come to harm you; but we are passing by you on our way to do something for the Prophet. But the infidels killed them. The Prophet ﷺ therefore invoked evil upon them for a month during the morning prayer. That was the beginning of AlQunut and we used not to say Qunut before that.
