Allah Messenger ﷺ said; to her; If that is your intention; then know that it is unlawful for you to remarry Rifaa unless Abdulrahman has had sexual intercourse with you. Then the Prophet ﷺ saw two boys with Abdulrahman and asked him ; Are these your sons? On that Abdulrahman said; Yes. The Prophet ﷺ said; You claim what you claim i.e.. that he is impotent ?   4. Narrated Ayoub : Hafsa bint Seereen said; On Id we used to forbid our girls to go out for Id prayer. A lady came and stayed at the palace of Bani Khalaf and I went to her. She said; The husband of my sister took part in twelve holy battles along with the Prophet ﷺ and my sister was with her husband in six of them. My sister said that they used to nurse the sick and treat the wounded. Once she asked; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! If a woman has no veil; is there any harm if she does not come out on Id day ? The Prophet ﷺ said; Her companion should let her share her veil with her; and the women should participate in the good deeds and in the religious gatherings of the believers. Hafsa added; When Um-Atiya came; I went to her and asked her; Did you hear anything about so-and-so? Um-Atiya said; Yes; let my father be sacrificed for the Prophet ﷺ. And whenever she mentioned the name of the Prophet ﷺ she always used to say; Let my father be sacrificed for him. He said; Virgin mature girls staying often screened or said; Mature girls and virgins staying often screened-Aiyub is not sure as which was right and menstruating women should come out on the Id day. But the menstruating women should keep away from the Mousalla. And all the women should participate in the good deeds and in the religious gatherings of the believers. Hafsa added; When Um-Atiya came; I went to her and asked her; Did you hear anything about so-and-so? Um-Atiya said; Yes; let my father be sacrificed for the Prophet ﷺ. And whenever she mentioned the name of the Prophet ﷺ she always used to say; Let my father be sacrificed for him. He said; Virgin mature girls staying often screened or said; Mature girls and virgins staying often screened-Aiyub is not sure as which was right and menstruating women should come out on the Id day. But the menstruating women should keep away from the Mousalla. And all the women should participate in the good deeds and in the religious gatherings of the believers. Hafsa said; On that I said to Um-Atiya; Also those who are menstruating? Um-Atiya replied; Yes. Do they not present themselves at Arafat and elsewhere?. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-416
  6. Aisha reported that the wives of Allah Messenger ﷺ used to go out in the cover of night when they went to open fields in the outskirts of Medina for easing themselves. Umar b AlKhattab used to say: Allah Messenger; ask your ladies to observe veil; but Allah Messenger ﷺ did not do that. So there went out Sauda; daughter of Zarna; the wife of Allah Messenger ﷺ ; during one of the nights when it was dark. She was a tall statured lady. Umar called her saying: Sauda; we recognise you. He did this with the hope that the verses pertaining to veil would be revealed. Aisha said: Allah; the Exalted and Glorious; then revealed the verses pertaining to veil. SahihMuslim-017-001-20199

Narrated Abdullah Bin Umar: When Hafsa; Umar daughter became a widow because of the death of her husband Ibn Hudhafa AlSahmi who was one of the companion of the Prophet ﷺ and the one of the Badr warriors and died at Medina; Umar said; I met Uthman Bin Affan and gave him an offer; saying; If you wish; I will marry Hafsa to you. He said. I will think it over I waited for a few days; then he met me and said; I have made up my mind not to marry at present Umar added; Then I met Abu Bakr and said to him; If you wish; I will marry Hafsa to you. Narrated Aisha: The following Verse: If a woman fears cruelty or desertion on her husband part i.e. the husband notices something unpleasant about his wife; such as old age or the like; and wants to divorce her; but she asks him to keep her and provide for her as he wishes. 4.128 There is no blame on them if they reconcile on such basis. Dawud reported on the same authorities the hadith as narrated above by Ibn Uliya and added: She Aisha said: If Muhammad were to conceal anything which was sent to him; he would have certainly concealed this verse: And when thou saidst to him on whom Allah had conferred favour and thou too had conferred favour: Keep thy wife to thyself and fear Allah; and thou wast concealing in thy heart that which Allah was going to disclose; and thou wast fearing men while Allah has a better right that thou shouldst fear Him.
