The Book of Prostration During Recital of Quran in Sahih AlBukhari Key Points
- The sub narrator Hammam said I found this in my book Both the buyer and the seller give the option of either confirming or canceling the bargain three times and if they speak the truth and mention the defects then their bargain will be blessed and if they tell lies and conceal the defects they might gain some financial gain but they will deprive their sale of Allahs blessings . SahihAlBukhari-017-001-5389 Category:The Chapter on Financial Transaction And Return in HodHood Indexing
- Narrated Ismail Bin Ubaid Bin Rifaah From his father from his grandfather that he went with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to the Mousalla and he saw the people doing business so he said O people of trade and they replied to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ turning their necks and their gazes towards him and he said Indeed the merchants will be resurrected on the Day of judgement with the wicked except the one who has Taqwa of Allah who behaves charitably and is truthful . SunanAlTermithi-017-001-7696 Category:The Chapter on Financial Transaction And Return in HodHood Indexing
- This version adds If he finds defect in the slave within three days he may return it without evidence if he finds a defect after three days he will be required to produce evidence that he the slave had the defect when he bought it . SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-28752 Category:The Chapter on Financial Transaction And Return in HodHood Indexing
- It was narrated from Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah said There are three to whom Allah will not speak on the Day of Resurrection not will He look at them nor purify them and theirs will be a painful torment A man who has surplus water in the desert and withholds it from a wayfarer a man who sells a man his product after Asr swearing by Allah that he bought it for such and such a price and the other believes him but that is not the case and a man who gives his pledge to a ruler only doing to for the purpose of worldly gain and if he is given something he fulfills it but if he is not given anything he does not fulfill it . SunanIbnMajeh-017-001-32174 Category:The Chapter on Financial Transaction And Return in HodHood Indexing
- Yahya said that he heard Malik speak about a man who bought goods animals or clothes or wares and the sale was found not to be permitted so it was revoked and the one who had taken the goods was ordered to return the owner his goods . MuwataMalik-017-001-34893 Category:The Chapter on Financial Transaction And Return in HodHood Indexing
- If the cutting off is delayed either because the thief is imprisoned until his situation is examined or he flees and then is caught the delay of the cutting off of the hand does not make the hadd which was obliged for him on the day he stole fall from him even if those goods become cheap after that . MuwataMalik-017-001-34893 Category:The Chapter on Financial Transaction And Return in HodHood Indexing
- Malik said The generally agreed upon way of doing things among us about a man who buys a female slave and she becomes pregnant or who buys a slave and then frees him or if there is any other such matter which has already happened so that he cannot return his purchase and a clear proof is established that there was a fault in that purchase when it was in the hands of the seller or the fault is admitted by the seller or someone else is that the slave or slave girl is assessed for its value with the fault it is found to have had on the day of purchase and the buyer is refunded from what he paid the difference between the price of a slave who is sound and a slave with such a defect . MuwataMalik-017-001-35035 Category:The Chapter on Financial Transaction And Return in HodHood Indexing
- Then the price of the slave girl sold for two slave girls is divided between them according to their prices so that the proportion of each of them in her price is arrived at to the higher priced one according to her higher price and to the other according to her value . MuwataMalik-017-001-35035 Category:The Chapter on Financial Transaction And Return in HodHood Indexing
- That is because had the man bought a slave who then built a house for him and the value of the house was many times the price of the slave and he then found that the slave had a defect for which he could be returned and he was returned he would not have to make payment for the work the slave had done for him . MuwataMalik-017-001-35035 Category:The Chapter on Financial Transaction And Return in HodHood Indexing
- Malik said The way of doing things among us when someone buys several slaves in one lot and then finds that one of them has been stolen or has a defect is that he looks at the one he finds has been stolen or the one in which he finds a defect . MuwataMalik-017-001-35035 Category:The Chapter on Financial Transaction And Return in HodHood Indexing
- If the one who is found to be stolen or to have a defect is not the pick of the slaves and he did not buy them for his sake and there is no special virtue which people see in him the one who is found to have a defect or to have been stolen is returned as he is and the buyer is refunded his portion of the total price .
