SahihAlBukhari-017-001-242Narrated Anas Bin Malik: We went with Allah Messenger ﷺ ﷺ to the blacksmith Abu Saif; and he was the husband of the wet-nurse of Ibrahim the son of the Prophet. Allah Messenger ﷺ took Ibrahim and kissed him and smelled him and later we entered Abu Saif house and at that time Ibrahim was in his last breaths; and the eyes of Allah Messenger ﷺ ﷺ started shedding tears. Abdulrahman Bin Auf said; O Allah Apostle; even you are weeping! He said; O Ibn Auf; this is mercy. Then he wept more and said; The eyes are shedding tears and the heart is grieved; and we will not say except what pleases our Lord; O Ibrahim ! SahihMuslim-017-001-20031Anas Bin Malik reported that Allah Messenger ﷺ said: A child was born into me this night and I named him after the name of my father Ibrihim. He then sent him to Umm Saif; the wife of a blacksmith who was called Abu Saif. He the Holy Prophet went to him and I followed him until we reached Abu Saif and he was blowing fire with the help of blacksmith bellows and the house was filled with smoke. I hastened my step and went ahead of Allah Messenger ﷺ and said: Abu Saif; stop it; as there comes Allah Messenger may peace he upon him. He stopped and Allah Apostle ﷺ called for the child. He embraced him and said what Allah had desired. Anas said: I saw that the boy breathed his last in the presence of Allah Messenger ﷺ. The eyes of Allah Messenger ﷺ shed tears and he said: Ibrahim; our eyes shed tears and our hearts are filled with grief; but we do not say anything except that by which Allah is pleased. SahihMuslim-017-001-23216Abu Shuraih AlAdawi reported that he said to Amr Bin Saeed when he was sending troops to Mecca: Let me tell you something. O Commander; which Allah Messenger ﷺ said on the day following; the Conquest which my ears heard and my heart has retained; and my eyes saw as he spoke it. He praised Allah and extolled Him and then said: Allah; not men; has made Mecca sacred; so it is not permissible for any person believing in Allah and the Last Day to shed blood in it; or lop a tree in it. If anyone seeks a concession on the basis of fighting of Allah Messenger ﷺ ; tell him that Allah permitted His Messenger; but not you; and He gave him permission only for an hour on one day; and its sacredness was restored on the very day like that of yesterday. Let him who is present convey the information to him who is absent. It was said to Abu Shuraih: What did Amr say to you? He said: I am better informed of that than you; Abu Shuraih; but the sacred territory does not grant protection to one who is disobedient; or one who runs away after shedding blood; or one who runs away after committingThe Chapter on Day Of Friday in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 82 in Sahih Muslim

SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-26093Narrated AbudDarda and Ubadah Ibn AlSamit: Khalid Ibn Dihqan said: When we were engaged in the battle of Constantinople at Dhuluqiyah; a man of the people of Palestine; who was one of their nobility and elite and whose rank was known to them; came forward. He was called Hani Ibn Kulthum Ibn Sharik AlKinani. He greeted Abdullah Ibn Zakariya who knew his rank. Khalid said to us: Abdullah Ibn Abu Zakariya told us: I heard Umm AlDarda say: I heard AbudDarda say: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: It is hoped that Allah may forgive every sin; except in the case of one who dies a polytheist; or one who purposely kills a believer. Hani Ibn Kulthum AlRabi then said: I heard Mahmud Ibn AlRabi transmitting a tradition from Ubadah Ibn AlSamit who transmitted from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ who said: If a man kills a believer unjustly; Allah will not accept any action or duty of his; obligatory or supererogatory. Khalid then said to us: Ibn Abu Zakariya transmitted a tradition to us from Umm AlDarda on the authority of AbudDarda from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ who said: A believer will continue to go on quickly and well so long as he does not shed unlawful blood; when he sheds unlawful blood; he becomes slow and heavy-footed. A similar tradition has been transmitted by Hani Ibn Kulthum from Mahmud Ibn AlRabi on the authority of Ubadah Ibn AlSamit from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.The Chapter on Whipping Punshiment In Crimes And Felonies in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Regarding The Gravity Of Killing A Believer in Sunan Abu Dawoud
