SahihAlBukhari-017-001-2559Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet ﷺ said; If Allah loves a person; He calls Gabriel saying: Allah loves so and so; O Gabriel; love him. Gabriel would love him; and then Gabriel would make an announcement among the residents of the Heaven; Allah loves so-and-so; therefore; you should love him also. So; all the residents of the Heavens would love him and then he is granted the pleasure of the people of the earth. The Chapter on Love And Emotions Disbelieve Gabriel Heaven And Anger in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Love is from Allah Most High in Sahih AlBukhari

SahihAlBukhari-017-001-6189Narrated Nafi: Abdullah Bin Umar said: A man got up in the Masjid and said: O Allah Messenger ﷺ At which place you order us that we should assume the Ihram? Allah Messenger ﷺ replied; The residents of Medina should assure the Ihram from Dhi AlHulaifa; the people of Syria from AlJuhfa and the people of Najd from Qarn. Ibn Umar further said; The people consider that Allah Messenger ﷺ had also said; The residents of Yemen should assume Ihram from Yalamlam. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-6846Narrated Mujahi: regarding the Verse :- Those of you who die and leave wives behind. They - their wives - shall wait as regards their marriage for four months and ten days. 2.234 The widow; according to this Verse; was to spend this period of waiting with her husband family; so Allah revealed: Those of you who die and leave wives i.e. widows should bequeath for their wives; a year maintenance and residences without turning them out; but if they leave their residence ; there is no blame on you for what they do with themselves provided it is honorable. i.e. lawful marriage 2.240. So Allah entitled the widow to be bequeathed extra maintenance for seven months and twenty nights; and that is the completion of one year. If she wished she could stay in her husband home according to the will; and she could leave it if she wished; as Allah says:..without turning them out; but if they leave the residence ; there is no blame on you. So the Idda i.e. four months and ten days as it is obligatory for her. Ata said: Ibn Abbas said; This Verse; i.e. the Statement of Allah:..without turning them out.. cancelled the obligation of staying for the waiting period in her dead husband house; and she can complete this period wherever she likes. Ata aid: If she wished; she could complete her Idda by staying in her dead husband residence according to the will or leave it according to Allah Statement:- There is no blame on you for what they do with themselves. Ata added: Later the regulations of inheritance came and abrogated the order of the dwelling of the widow in her dead husband house ; so she could complete the Idda wherever she likes. And it was no longer necessary to provide her with a residence. Ibn Abbas said; This Verse abrogated her i.e. widows dwelling in her dead husband house and she could complete the Idda i.e. four months and ten days wherever she liked; as Allah Statement says:-...without turning them out...The Chapter on Marriage And Iddah in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Prophetic Commentary on the Quran Tafseer of the Prophet in Sahih AlBukhari

SahihMuslim-017-001-17895It has been reported on the authority of Anas Bin Malik who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent Busaisah as a scout to see what the caravan of Abu Sufyan was doing. He came back and met the Prophet in his house where there was nobody except myself and the Messenger of Allah. I do not remember whether he Hadrat Anas made an exception of some wives of the Prophet ﷺ or not and told him the news of the caravan. Having heard the news ; the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out hurriedly ; spoke to the people and said: We are in need of men ; whoever has an animal to ride upon ready with him should ride with us. People began to ask him permission for bringing their riding animals which were grazing on the hillocks near Medina. He said: No. I want only those who have their riding animals ready. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and his Companions proceeded towards Badr and reached there forestalling the polytheists of Mecca. When the polytheists also reached there; the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: None of you should step forward to do anything unless I am ahead of him. The polytheists now advanced towards us ; and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said. Get up to enter Paradise which is equal in width to the heavens and the earth. Umair Bin AlHumam AlAnsari said: Messenger of Allah; is Paradise equal in extent to the heavens and the earth? He said: Yes. Umair said: My goodness! The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked him: What prompted you to utter these words i. e. my goodness! ? He said: Messenger of Allah; nothing but the desire that I be among its residents. He said: Thou art surely amona its residents. He took out dates from his bag and began to eat them. Then he said: If I were to live until I have eaten all these dates of mine; it would be a long life. The narrator said : He threw away all the dates he had with him. Then he fought the enemies until he was killed. The Chapter on Food And Invitations in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 41 in Sahih Muslim
SahihMuslim-017-001-19021AlBara Bin Azib reported that Abu Bakr AlSiddiq came to the residence of my father Azib and bought a haudaj from him and said to Azib: Send your son to my residence to carry this haudaj ; and my father said to me: Carry it for him. So I carried it and there went along with him with Abu Bakr my father in order to fetch its price and he Azib said to Abu Bakr: Abu Bakr; narrate to me what you both did on the night when you set out on a journey along with Allah Messenger ﷺ. He said: We set out during the night and went on walking until it was noon; and the path was vacant and so none passed by that until there appeared prominently before us a large rock. It had its shade and the rays of the sun did not reach that place. So we got down at that place. I then went to the rock and levelled the ground with my hands at the place where the Prophet ﷺ would take rest under its shade. I then set the bedding and said: Allah Messenger; go to sleep and I shall keep a watch around you. I went out and watched around him. There we saw a shepherd moving towards that rock with his flock and he intended what we intended i. e. taking rest. I met him and said to him: Young boy; to which place do you belong? He said: I am a person from Medina. I said; is there any milk in the udders of your sheep and goats? He said: Yes. He took hold of a goat; and I said to him: Clean the udder well so that it should be free from hair; dust and impurity. I saw AlBara striking his hand upon the other to give an indication how he did that. He milked the goat for me in a wooden cup which he had with him and I had with me a bucket in which I kept water for drinking and for performing ablution. I came to Allah Apostle ﷺ and did not like to awaken him from sleep but he was accidentally startled from the sleep. I poured water upon the milk till It was cold and I said: Allah Messenger; take this milk. He then took It and I was delighted and he the Holy Prophet said: Is now not the time to march on? I said: Of course. So he marched on after the sun had passed the meridian and Suraqa Bin Malik pursued us and we had been walking on soft; level ground. I said: Allah Messenger; we are about to be overtaken by them. Thereupon he said: Be not grieved. Verily; Allah is with us. Then Allah Messenger ﷺ cursed him and his horse sank into the earth. I think he also said: I know you have hurled curse upon me. So supplicate Allah for me and I take an oath that I shall turn everyone away who would come in search of you. So he Allah Messenger supplicated Allah and he was rescued and he came back and to everyone he met; he said: I have combed all this side. In short; he diverted everyone whom he met and he in fact fulfilled his promise. The Chapter on Milk in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 19 in Sahih Muslim

Then he addressed the people on the night he came back to his residence and commanded them as Allah desired him to command and then said: I used to devote myself observe itikaf during these ten nights. Then I started devoting myself in the last ten nights. And he who desires to observe itikaf along with me should spend the night at his place of itikaf. And I saw this night Lailat AlQadr but I forgot it the exact night ; so seek it;In the last ten nights on odd numbers. I saw the glimpses of that dream that I was prostrating in water and mud. Abu Saeed AlKhudri said: It rained on the twenty-first night and the water dripped from the roof of the Masjid at the place where the Messenger of Allah ﷺ observed prayer. MuwataMalik-017-001-35007Yahya said that Malik spoke about an investor who made a qirad loan to a man. He said; When the investment is large; the travelling expenses of the agent are taken from it. He can use it to eat and clothe himself in an acceptable fashion according to the size of the investment. If it saves him trouble; he can take a wage from some of the capital; if it is large; and he cannot support himself. There are certain jobs which an agent or his like are not responsible for; amongst them are collecting debts; transporting the goods; loading up and so forth. He can hire from the capital someone to do that for him. The agent should not spend from the capital nor clothe himself from it while he resides with his family. It is only permitted for him to have expenses when he travels for the investment. The expenses are taken from the capital. If he is only trading with the property in the city in which he resides; he has no expenses from the capital and no clothing. Malik spoke about an investor who paid qirad money to a man; and the agent went out with it and with his own capital. He said; The expenses come from the qirad and from his own capital according to their proportions. The Chapter on Financial Transactions And Profits in HodHood Indexing, The Book of The Decree in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-35946Yahya related to me from Malik from Zayd Ibn Aslam from his father that Umar Ibn AlKhattab prayed two rakas with the people of Makka; and then; when he had finished; he said; People of Makka; complete your prayer; becausewe are a group of travellers. Later; Umar prayed two rakas with them at Mina; but we have not heard that he said anything to them on that occasion. Malik was asked whether the people of Makka should pray two rakas at Arafa or four; and whether the amir of the hajj; if he was a Makkan; should pray dhuhr and asr with four rakas or two; and also how the people of Makka who were living at Mina should pray; and he said; The people of Makka should pray only two rakas at Arafa and Mina for as long as they stay there; and should shorten the prayer until they return to Makka. The amir of the hajj; if he is a Makkan; should also shorten the prayer at Arafa and during the days of Mina. Anyone who is living at Mina as a resident should do the full prayer at Mina; and similarly anyone who lives at Arafa and is a resident there should do the full prayer at Arafa. The Chapter on Makkah And Almadinah in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Business Transactions in Muwata Malik
