Allah has revealed to you that the people of the scriptures have changed with their own hands what was revealed to them and they have said as regards their changed Scriptures : This is from Allah; in order to get some worldly benefit thereby. Ibn Abbas added: Isnt the knowledge revealed to you sufficient to prevent you from asking them? She returned; and at that time; Allah Messenger ﷺ was sitting present. Barira said; I told them of the offer but they did not accept it and insisted on having the Wala. The Prophet ﷺ heard that. SahihMuslim-017-001-17371Abdullah Bin Abbas reported that Umar Bin AlKhattab sat on the pulpit of Allah Messenger ﷺ and said: Verily Allah sent Muhammad ﷺ with truth and He sent down the Book upon him; and the verse of stoning was included in what was sent down to him. We recited it; retained it in our memory and understood it. Allah Messenger ﷺ awarded the punishment of stoning to death to the married adulterer and adulteress and; after him; we also awarded the punishment of stoning; I am afraid that with the lapse of time; the people may forget it and may say: We do not find the punishment of stoning in the Book of Allah; and thus go astray by abandoning this duty prescribed by Allah. Stoning is a duty laid down in Allah Book for married men and women who commit adultery when proof is established; or it there is pregnancy; or a confession. The Chapter on Fornication And Adultery And Stoning To Death in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 4 in Sahih Muslim

The second claimant who was wiser than him said: Well; decide amongst us according to the Book of Allah; but permit me to say something. Thereupon Allah Messenger may peace be upon ham said: Say. He said: My son was a servant in the house of this person and he committed adultery with his wife. I was informed that my son deserved stoning to death as punishment for this offence. I gave one hundred goats and a slave girl as ransom for this. I asked the scholars if this could serve as an expiation for this offence. They informed me that my son deserved one hundred lathes and exile for one year. and this woman deserved stoning as she was married. Thereupon Allah Messenger may peace he upon him said: By Him in Whose Hand is my life. I will decide between you according to the Book of Allah. The slave-girl and the goats should be given back; and your son is to be punished with one hundred lashes and exile for one year. And; O Unais Bin Zuhaq AlAslami ; go to this woman in the morning; and if she makes a confession; then stone her. He the narrator said: He went to her in the morning and she made a confession. Imran narrated to us that on a certain occasion the Messenger of Allah may peace and blessings be upon him said: Modesty is a virtue through and through; or said: Modesty is a goodness complete. Upon this Bushair Ibn Kaab said: Verily we find in certain books or books of wisdom that it is God-inspired peace of mind or sobriety for the sake of Allah and there is also a weakness in it. Imran was so much enraged that his eyes became red and he said: I am narrating to you the hadith of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and you are contradicting it. He has instructed thus : The property which I have conferred upon them is lawful for them. I have created My servants as one having a natural inclination to the worship of Allah but it is Satan who turns them away from the right religion and he makes unlawful what has been declared lawful for them and he commands them to ascribe partnership with Re; although he has no justification for that. And verily; Allah looked towards the people of the world and He showed hatred for the Arabs and the non-Arabs; but with the exception of some remnants from the People of the Book. And He further said: I have sent thee the Holy Prophet in order to put you to test and put those to test through you. And I sent the Book to you which cannot be washed away by water; so that you may recite it while in the state of wakefulness or sleep. Verily; Allah commanded me to burn kill the Quraish. I said: My Lord; they would break my head like the tearing of bread; and Allah said: You turn them out as they turned you out; you fight against them and We shall help you in this; you should spend and you would be conferred upon. You send an army and I would send an army five times greater than that. Fight against those who disobey you along with those who obey you. The inmates of Paradise are three: One who wields authority and is just and fair; one who Is truthful and has been endowed with power to do good deeds. And the person who is merciful and kind hearted towards his relatives and to every pious Muslim; and one who does not stretch his hand in spite of having a large family to support. And He said: The inmates of Hell are five: the weak who lack power to avoid evil ; the carefree who pursue everything irrespective of the fact that it is good or evil and who do not have any care for their family or for their wealth. And those dishonest whose greed cannot be concealed even in the case of minor things. And the third. who betray you. morning and evening; in regard to your family and your property. He exhorted us to hold fast to the Book of Allah and then said: The second are the members of my household I remind you of your duties to the members of my family. SunanAlTermithi-017-001-9719Abu Huraira narrated: The people of AlSuffah were the guests of the people of Islam;they had nothing of people nor wealth to rely upon. And By Allah; the One Whom there is none worthy of worship besides Him I would lay on the ground on my liver side due to hunger; And I would fasten a stone to my stomach out of hunger. One day I sat by the way that they the Companions use to come out through. Abu Bakr passed and so I asked him about an Ayah from Allah Book; not asking him except that he might tell me to follow him for something to eat. But he passed on without doing so. Then Umar passed; so I asked him about an Ayah from Allah Book; not asking him except that he might tell me to follow him. But he passed on without doing so. Then Ab AlQasim s.a.w passed; and he smiled when he saw me; and said: Abu Huraira? I said: I am here O Messenger of Allah! He said: Come along. He continued and I followed him; he entered his house; so I sought permission to enter; and he permitted me. He found a bowl of milk and said: Where did this milk come from? It was said: It was a gift to us from so and so. So the Messenger of Allah s.a.w said: O Abu Huraira I said: I am here O Messenger of Allah! He said: Go to the people of AlSuffah to invite them. - Now; they were the guests of the people of Islam; they had nothing of people nor wealth to rely upon. Whenever some charity was brought to him; he would send it to them without using any of it. And when a gift was given to him s.a.w ; he would send for them to participate and share with him in it. I became upset about that; and I said to myself : What good will this bowl be among the people of AlSuffah and I am the one bringing it to them? Then he ordered me to circulate it among them So I wondered what of it would reach me from it; and I hoped that I would get from it what would satisfy me. But I would certainly not neglect to obey Allah and obey His Messenger; so I went to them and invited them. When they entered upon him they sat down. He said: Abu Huraira; take the bowl and give it to them. So I gave it to a man who drank his fill; then he gave it to another one; until it ended up with the Messenger of Allah s.a.w ; and all of the people had drank their fill. The Messenger of Allah s.a.w took the bowl; put it on his hand;then raised his head. He smiled and said: Abu Huraira; drink. So I drank; then he said: Drink. I kept drinking and he kept on saying; Drink. Then I said: By the One Who sent you with the truth! I have no more space for it. So he took the bowl and praised Allah; mentioned His Name and drank. SunanAlTermithi-017-001-9773Abdullah Bin Amr narrated: The Messenger of Allah s.a.w came out to us with two books in hand. And he said:Do you know what these two books are? We said: No; O Messenger of Allah ! Unless you inform us. He said about the one that was in his right hand: This is a book from the Lord of the worlds; in it are the names of the people of Paradise; and the name of their fathers and their tribes. Then there is a summary at the end of them; there being no addition to them nor deduction from them forever. Then he said about the one that was in his left: This is a book from the Lord of the worlds; in it are the names of the people of Fire; and the name of their fathers and their tribes. Then there is a summary at the end of them; there being no addition to them nor deduction from them forever. The companions said: So why work O Messenger of Allah! Since the matter is already decided and over ? He said: Seek to do what is right and draw nearer; for indeed the inhabitant of Paradise; shall have his work sealed off with the deeds of the people of Paradise; whichever deeds he did. And indeed the inhabitant of Fire; shall have his work sealed off with the deeds of the people of Fire; whichever deeds he did. By the manifest Book; Verily; We have made it a Quran in Arabic that you may be able to understand. And verily; it is in the Mother of Book with Us; indeed exalted; full of wisdom. Then he said: Do you know what Mother of Books is? I said: Allah and His Messenger know better. He said:It is a book that Allah wrote before He created the Heavens; and before He created the earth. In it; it is written : Firawn is among the inhabitants of the Fire; and in it is: Perish the two hands of Abu Lahab; and perish he!Ata said: I met AlWalid the son of Ubadah Bin AlSamit the Companion of the Messenger of Allah s.a.w and asked him:What was your father admonition when he died? He said:He called me and said: O my son ! Have Taqwa of Allah; and know that you will never have Taqwa of Allah until you believe in Allah; and you believe in AlQadar-all of it-its good and its bad. If you die upon other than this you shall enter the Fire. Indeed I heard the Messenger of Allah s.a.w saying: Verily the first of what Allah created was the Pen. Hadith PageArabic TextEnglish TranslationBook and Chapter
SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-25003Narrated Abdullah Ibn Abbas: Ibn Umar misunderstood the Quranic verse; So come to your tilth however you will -may Allah forgive him. The fact is that this clan of the Ansar; who were idolaters; lived in the company of the Jews who were the people of the Book. They the Ansar accepted their superiority over themselves in respect of knowledge; and they followed most of their actions. The people of the Book i.e. the Jews used to have intercourse with their women on one side alone i.e. lying on their backs. This was the most concealing position for the vagina of the women. This clan of the Ansar adopted this practice from them. But this tribe of the Quraysh used to uncover their women completely; and seek pleasure with them from in front and behind and laying them on their backs. When the muhajirun the immigrants came to Medina; a man married a woman of the Ansar. He began to do the same kind of action with her; but she disliked it; and said to him: We were approached on one side i.e. lying on the back ; do it so; otherwise keep away from me. This matter of theirs spread widely; and it reached the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. So Allah; the Exalted; sent down the Quranic verse: Your wives are a tilth to you; so come to your tilth however you will; i.e. from in front; from behind or lying on the back. But this verse meant the place of the delivery of the child; i.e. the vagina. The Chapter on Alansar And Forgiveness in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Regarding Intercourse in Sunan Abu Dawoud
SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-25970Narrated AlBara Ibn Azib: We went out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ accompanying the bier of a man of the Ansar. When we reached his grave; it was not yet dug. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sat down and we also sat down around him as if birds were over our heads. He had in his hand a stick with which he was scratching the ground. He then raised his head and said: Seek refuge with Allah from the punishment in the grave. He said it twice or thrice. The version of Jabir adds here: He hears the beat of their sandals when they go back; and at that moment he is asked: O so and so! Who is your Lord; what is your religion; and who is your Prophet? Hannad version says: Two angels will come to him; make him sit up and ask him: Who is your Lord? He will reply: My Lord is Allah. They will ask him: What is your religion? He will reply: My religion is Islam. They will ask him: What is your opinion about the man who was sent on a mission among you? He will reply: He is the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. They will ask: Who made you aware of this? He will reply: I read Allah Book; believed in it; and considered it true; which is verified by Allah words: Allah Book; believed in it; and considered it true; which is verified by Allah words: Allah establishes those who believe with the word that stands firm in this world and the next. The agreed version reads: Then a crier will call from Heaven: My servant has spoken the truth; so spread a bed for him from Paradise; clothe him from Paradise; and open a door for him into Paradise. So some of its air and perfume will come to him; and a space will be made for him as far as the eye can see. He also mentioned the death of the infidel; saying: His spirit will be restored to his body; two angels will come to him; make him sit up and ask him: Who is your Lord? He will reply: Alas; alas! I do not know. They will ask him: What is your religion? He will reply: Alas; alas! I do not know. They will ask: Who was the man who was sent on a mission among you? He will reply: Alas; alas! I do not know. Then a crier will call from Heaven: He has lied; so spread a bed for him from Hell; clothe him from Hell; and open for him a door into Hell. Then some of its heat and pestilential wind will come to him; and his grave will be compressed; so that his ribs will be crushed together. Jabir version adds: One who is blind and dumb will then be placed in charge of him; having a sledge-hammer such that if a mountain were struck with it; it would become dust. He will give him a blow with it which will be heard by everything between the east and the west except by men and jinn; and he will become dust. We read it and memorized it. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had people stoned to death and we have done it also since his death. I am afraid the people might say with the passage of time: We do not find the verse of stoning in the Books of Allah; and thus they stray by abandoning a duty which Allah had received. Stoning is a duty laid down by Allah for married men and women who commit fornication when proof is established; or if there is pregnancy; or a confession. The Prophet ﷺ adjured him and asked: What is the punishment for a fornication in your Divine Book? He replied: Stoning. He replied: I shall judge in accordance with Allah Book. He asked: What will you do if you do not find any guidance in Allah Book? He replied: I shall act in accordance with the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He asked: What will you do if you do not find any guidance in the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and in Allah Book? He replied: I shall do my best to form an opinion and I shall spare no effort. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then patted him on the breast and said: Praise be to Allah Who has helped the messenger of the Messenger of Allah to find something which pleases the Messenger of Allah. The Chapter on Truth And Hypocrisy And Killing in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Struggling for an opinion when passing judgements in Sunan Abu Dawoud
SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-28915Narrated Qabisah Ibn Dhuwayb: A grandmother came to Abu Bakr asking him for her share of inheritance. He said: There is nothing prescribed for you in Allah Book; nor do I know anything for you in the Sunnah of the Prophet of Allah ﷺ Go home till I question the people. He then questioned the people; and AlMughirah Ibn Shubah said: I had been present with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when he gave grandmother a sixth. Abu Bakr said: Is there anyone with you? Muhammad Ibn Maslamah stood and said the same as AlMughirah Ibn Shubah had said. So Abu Bakr made it apply to her. Another grandmother came to Umar Ibn AlKhattab asking him for her share of inheritance. He said: Nothing has been prescribed for you in Allah Book. The decision made before you was made for a grandmother other than you. I am not going to add in the shares of inheritance; but it is that sixth. If there are two of you; it is shared between you; but whichever of you is the only one left gets it all.The Chapter on Inheritance And Grandmothers in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Regarding The Grandmother in Sunan Abu Dawoud

MuwataMalik-017-001-34772Malik related to me from Ibn Shihab from Ubaydullah Ibn Abdullah Ibn Utba Ibn Masud that Abu Huraira and Zayd Ibn Khalid AlJuhani informed him that two men brought a dispute to the Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace. One of them said; Messenger of Allah! Judge between us by the Book of Allah! The other said; and he was the wiser of the two; Yes; Messenger of Allah. Judge between us by the Book of Allah and give me permission to speak. He said; Speak. He said; My son was hired by this person and he committed fornication with his wife. He told me that my son deserved stoning; and I ransomed him for one hundred sheep and a slave-girl. Then I asked the people of knowledge and they told me that my son deserved to be flogged with one hundred lashes and exiled for a year; and they informed me that the woman deserved to be stoned. The Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; said; By him in whose Hand myself is; I will judge between you by the Book of Allah. As for your sheep and slave girl; they should be returned to you. Your son should have one hundred lashes and be exiled for a year. He ordered Unays AlAslami to go to the wife of the other man and to stone her if she confessed. She confessed and he stoned her.The Chapter on Fornication And Adultery And Stoning To Death in HodHood Indexing, The Book of The Names of the Prophet may Allah Bless Him and Grant Him Peace in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-34776Malik related to me that Yahya Ibn Said heard Said Ibn AlMusayab say; When Umar Ibn AlKhattab came from Mina; he made his camel kneel at AlAbtah; and then he gathered a pile of small stones and cast his cloak over them and dropped to the ground. Then he raised his hands to the sky and said; O Allah! I have become old and my strength has weakened. My flock is scattered. Take me to You with nothing missed out and without having neglected anything. Then he went to Madina and addressed the people. He said; People! Sunan have been laid down for you. Obligations have been placed upon you. You have been left with a clear way unless you lead people astray right and left. He struck one of his hands on the other and then said; Take care lest you destroy the ayat of stoning so that one will say; We do not find two hadds in the Book of Allah. The Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; stoned; so we have stoned. By He in Whose Hand my self is; had it not been that people would say that Umar Ibn AlKhattab has added to the Book of Allah ta- ala; we would have written it; The full-grown man and the full-grown woman; stone them absolutely. We have certainly recited that. Malik said; Yahya Ibn Said said Said Ibn AlMusayab said; Dhu AlHijja had not passed before Umar was murdered; may Allah have mercy on him. Yahya said that he had heard Malik say; As for his words The full-grown man and the full-grown woman he meant; The man and the woman who have been married; stone them absolutely. The Chapter on Inheritance And Payments in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Renting Land in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-34824Malik related to me that he had heard that Abdullah Ibn Umar was asked whether a slave could be bought on the specific condition that it was to be used to fulfil the obligation of freeing a slave; and he said; No. Malik said; That is the best of what I have heard on the obligation of freeing slaves. Someone who has to set a slave free because of an obligation on him; may not buy one on the condition that he sets it free because if he does that; whatever he buys is not completely a slave because he has reduced its price by the condition he has made of setting it free. Malik added; There is no harm; however; in someone buying a person expressly to set him free. Malik said; The best of what I have heard on the obligation of freeing slaves is that it is not permitted to free a christian or a jew to fulfil it; and one does not free a mukatab or a mudabbar or an umm walad or a slave to be freed after a certain number of years; or a blind person. There is no harm in freeing a christian; jew; or magian voluntarily; because Allah; the Blessed; the Exalted; said in His Book; either as a favour then or by ransom; Surat 47 ayat 4 The favour is setting free. Malik said; As for obligations of freeing slaves which Allah has mentioned in the Book; one only frees a mumin slave for them. Malik said; It is like that in feeding poor people for kaffara. One must only feed muslims and one does not feed anyone outside of the deen of Islam. The Chapter on Freed And Inheritance Of Slaves in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Jahannam in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-34829Malik related to me from Hisham Ibn Urwa from his father that Aisha; the wife of the Prophet; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; said; Barira came to me and said; I have written myself as mukatab for my people for nine uqiyas; one uqiya per year; so help me. Aisha said; If your people agree that I pay it all to them for you; and that if I pay it; your wala is mine; then I will do it. Barira went to her masters and told them that and they didnt agree. She came back from her masters while the Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; was sitting. She said to Aisha; I offered that to them and they refused me unless they had the wala. The Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; heard that and asked her about it Aisha told him and the Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; said; Take her and stipulate that the wala is yours; for the wala is for the one who sets free. So Aisha did that and then the Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; stood up in front of the people; and praised Allah and gave thanks to Him. Then he said; What is wrong with the people who make conditions which are not in the Book of Allah? Any condition which is not in the Book of Allah is invalid even if it is a hundred conditions. The decree of Allah is truer and the conditions of Allah are firmer; and the wala only belongs to the one who sets free. The Chapter on Payments And Buying Of Slaves in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Greetings in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-35144Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Uthman Ibn Ishaq Ibn Kharasha that Qabisa Ibn Dhuayb said; A grandmother came to Abu Bakr AlSiddiq and asked him for her inheritance. Abu Bakr said to her; You have nothing in the Book of Allah; and I do not know that you have anything in the sunna of the Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Go away therefore; until I have questioned the people. i.e.the Companions. He questioned the people; and AlMughira Ibn Shuba said; I was present with the Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; when he gave the grandmother a sixth. Abu Bakr said; Was there anybody else with you? Muhammad Ibn Maslama AlAnsari stood up and said the like of what AlMughira said. Abu Bakr AlSiddiq gave it to her. Then the other grandmother came to Umar Ibn AlKhattab and asked him for her inheritance. He said to her; You have nothing in the Book of Allah; and what has been decided is only for other than you; and I am not one to add to the fixed shares; other than that sixth. If there are two of you together; it is between you. If eitherof you is left alone with it; it is hers. The Chapter on Inheritance And Grandmothers in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Hudud in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-35151Malik said; The generally agreed on way of doing things among us in which there is no dispute and which I saw the people of knowledge in our citydoing; is that the child of the half-sibling by the mother; the paternal grandfather; the paternal uncle who is the maternal half- brother of the father; the maternal uncle; the great-grandmother who is the mother of the mother father; the daughter of the full- brother; the paternal aunt; and the maternal aunt do not inherit anything by their kinship. Malik said; The woman who is the furthest relation of the deceased of those who were named in this book; does not inherit anything by her kinship; and women do not inherit anything apart from those that are named in the Quran. Allah; the Blessed; the Exalted; mentioned in His Book the inheritance ofthe mother from her children; the inheritance of the daughters from their father; the inheritance of the wife from her husband; the inheritance of the full sisters; the inheritance of the half-sisters by the father and the inheritance of the half-sisters by the mother. The grandmother is made an heir by the example of the Prophet; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; made about her. A woman inherits from a slave she frees herself because Allah; the Blessed; the Exalted; said in His Book; They are your brothers in the deen and your mawali. The Chapter on Inheritance And Half Brothers in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Hudud in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-35346Malik said; It is not halal to marry a christian or jewish slave-girl because Allah the Blessed; the Exalted; said in His Book; Believing women who are muhsanat and women of those who were given the Book before you who are muhsanat; Surat 5 ayat 6 and they are free women from the Christians and Jews. Allah; the Blessed; the Exalted; said in His Book; If you are not affluent enough to marry believing women who are muhsanat; take believing slave-girls whom your right hands own. Surat 4 ayat 24 Malik said; In our opinion; Allah made marriage to believing slave-girls halal; and He did not make halal marriage to christian and jewish slave-girls from the People of the Book. Malik said; The christian and jewish slave-girl are halal for their master by right of possession; but intercourse with a magian slave-girl is not halal by the right of possession. The Chapter on Slave Girls And Sexual Intercourse in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Suckling in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-35594Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that Umar Ibn Abd AlAziz wrote to his governors telling them to relieve any people who payed the jizya from paying the jizya if they became muslims. Malik said; The sunna is that there is no jizya due from women or children of people of the Book; and that jizya is only taken from men who have reached puberty. The people of dhimma and the magians do not have to pay any zakat on their palms or their vines or their crops or their livestock. This is because zakat is imposed on the muslims to purify them and to be given back to their poor; whereas jizya is imposed on the people of the Book to humble them. As long as they are in the country they have agreed to live in; they do not have to pay anything on their property except the jizya. If; however; they trade in muslim countries; coming and going in them; a tenth is taken from what they invest in such trade. This is because jizya is only imposed on them on conditions; which they have agreed on; namely that they will remain in their own countries; and that war will be waged for them on any enemy of theirs; and that if they then leave that land to go anywhere else to do business they will haveto pay a tenth. Whoever among them does business with the people of Egypt; and then goes to Syria; and then does business with the people of Syria and then goes to Iraq and does business with them and then goes on to Madina; or Yemen; or other similar places; has to pay a tenth. People of the Book and magians do not have to pay any zakat on any of their property; livestock; produce or crops. The sunna still continues like that. They remain in the deen they were in; and they continue to do what they used to do. If in any one year they frequently come and go in muslim countries then they have to pay a tenth every time they do so; since that is outside what they have agreed upon; and not one of the conditions stipulated for them. This is what I have seen the people of knowledge of our city doing. The Chapter on Contracts And Disputes And Zakat in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Hajj in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-35722Yahya related to me from Malik that he had asked Ibn Shihab about the word of Allah; the Majestic; the Mighty; O you who accept; when the call is made for the prayer on the day of jumua; make haste to the remembrance of Allah. Surat 62 ayat 9. Ibn Shihab said; Umar Ibn AlKhattab used to recite; When the call is made for the prayer on the day of jumua; go to the remembrance of Allah. Malik said; Making haste in the Book of Allah is only deed and action. Allah the Blessed; the Exalted; says and when he turns away; he acts in the land Surat 2 ayat 205 ; and He; the Exalted; said; and as for the one who comes to you acting with fear Surat 80 ayat 8 ; and He said; then he turned his back; and acted Surat 79 ayat 22 ;and He said; Your deeds are diverse Surat 92 ayat 4. Malik said; Thus making haste which Allah mentions in His Book is not running on the feet or exertion. It only means deed and actions. The Chapter on Recitation Of Ayat in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Hajj in Muwata Malik
