When there come to you believing women refugees, examine (and test) them: Allah knows best as to their Faith: if ye ascertain that they are Believers, then send them not back to the Unbelievers. They are not lawful (wives) for the Unbelievers, nor are the (Unbelievers) lawful (husbands) for them. But pay the Unbelievers what they have spent (on their dower), and there will be no blame on you if ye marry them on payment of their dower to them. But hold not to the guardianship of unbelieving women: ask for what ye have spent on their dowers, and let the (Unbelievers) ask for what they have spent (on the dowers of women who come over to you). Such is the command of Allah: He judges (with justice) between you. And Allah is Full of Knowledge and Wisdom.

SahihAlBukhari-017-001-1529Narrated Abu Said: While the Prophet ﷺ was distributing something; Abdullah Bin Dhi AlKhawaisira AlTamimi came and said; Be just; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! The Prophet ﷺ said; Woe to you ! Who would be just if I were not? Umar Bin AlKhattab said; Allow me to cut off his neck ! The Prophet ﷺ said; Leave him; for he has companions; and if you compare your prayers with their prayers and your fasting with theirs; you will look down upon your prayers and fasting; in comparison to theirs. Yet they will go out of the religion as an arrow darts through the game body in which case; if the Qudhadh of the arrow is examined; nothing will be found on it; and when its Nasl is examined; nothing will be found on it; and then its Nadiyi is examined; nothing will be found on it. The arrow has been too fast to be smeared by dung and blood. The sign by which these people will be recognized will be a man whose one hand or breast will be like the breast of a woman or like a moving piece of flesh. These people will appear when there will be differences among the people Muslims. Abu Saeed added: I testify that I heard this from the Prophet ﷺ and also testify that Ali killed those people while I was with him. The man with the description given by the Prophet ﷺ was brought to Ali. The following Verses were revealed in connection with that very person i.e.; Abdullah Bin Dhi AlKhawaisira AlTarnimi : And among them are men who accuse you O Muhammad in the matter of the distribution of the alms. 9.58The Chapter on Good Manners And Ghira in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Whoever gave up fighting against AlKhawarij in order to create intimacy in Sahih AlBukhari
SahihAlBukhari-017-001-2678Narrated Abu Saeed AlKhudri: While the Prophet ﷺ was distributing war booty etc. one day; Dhul Khawaisira; a man from the tribe of Bani Tamim; said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Act justly. The Prophets said; Woe to you! Who else would act justly if I did not act justly? Umar said to the Prophet ﷺ ; Allow me to chop his neck off. The Prophet said; No; for he has companions who are apparently so pious that if anyone of you compares his prayer with their prayer; he will consider his prayer inferior to theirs; and similarly his fasting inferior to theirs; but they will desert Islam go out of religion as an arrow goes through the victim body games etc. in which case if its Nasl is examined nothing will be seen thereon; and if its Nady is examined; nothing will be seen thereon; and if its Qudhadh is examined; nothing will be seen thereon; for the arrow has gone out too fast even for the excretions and blood to smear over it. Such people will come out at the time of difference among the Muslim people and the sign by which they will be recognized; will be a man whose one of the two hands will look like the breast of a woman or a lump of flesh moving loosely. Abu Saeed added; I testify that I heard that from the Prophet ﷺ and also testify that I was with Ali when Ali fought against those people. The man described by the Prophet was searched for among the killed; and was found; and he was exactly as the Prophet ﷺ had described him. MuwataMalik-017-001-34909Yahya said; Malik said about Jamil Ibn Abdulrahman AlMuadhdin that he was present with Umar Ibn Abd AlAziz when he was judging between people. If a man came to him with a claim against a man; he examined whether or not there were frequent transactions and dealings between them. If there were; the defendant could make an oath. If there was nothing of that nature he did not accept an oath from him. Malik summed up; What is done in our community is that if some one makes a claim against a man; it is examined. If there are frequent transactions and dealings between them; the defendant is made to take an oath. If he takes an oath; the claim against him is dropped. If the defendant refuses to take an oath; and returns the oath to the claimant; the one claiming his right takes an oath and takes his due.The Chapter on False Oaths And Pledges in HodHood Indexing, The Book of The Evil Eye in Muwata Malik
