He it is Who has sent down to thee the Book: In it are verses basic or fundamental (of established meaning); they are the foundation of the Book: others are allegorical. But those in whose hearts is perversity follow the part thereof that is allegorical, seeking discord, and searching for its hidden meanings, but no one knows its hidden meanings except Allah. And those who are firmly grounded in knowledge say: "We believe in the Book; the whole of it is from our Lord:" and none will grasp the Message except men of understanding.

SahihAlBukhari-017-001-3336Narrated AlBara: Abu Bakr bought a camel saddle from Azib for thirteen Dirhams. Abu Bakr said to Azib; Tell AlBara to carry the saddle for me. Azib said; No; unless you relate to me what happened to you and Allah Messenger ﷺ when you left Mecca while the pagans were in search of you. Abu Bakr said; We left Mecca and we traveled continuously for that night and the following day till it was midday. I looked around searching for shade to take as shelter; and suddenly I came across a rock; and found a little shade there. So I cleaned the place and spread a bed for the Prophet ﷺ in the shade and said to him; Lie down; O Allah Messenger ﷺ. So the Prophet ﷺ lay down and I went out; looking around to see if there was any person pursuing us. Suddenly I saw a shepherd driving his sheep towards the rock; seeking what we had already sought from it. I asked him; To whom do you belong; O boy? He said; I belong to a man from Quraish. He named the man and I recognized him. I asked him; Is there any milk with your sheep? He said; Yes. I said; Will you then milk some for us? He said; Yes. Then I asked him to tie the legs of one of the sheep and clean its udder; and then ordered him to clean his hands from dust. Then the shepherd cleaned his hands by striking his hands against one another. After doing so; he milked a small amount of milk. I used to keep for Allah Messenger ﷺ a leather water-container; the mouth of which was covered with a piece of cloth. I poured water on the milk container till its lower part was cold. Then I took the milk to the Prophet ﷺ whom I found awake. I said to him; Drink; O Allah Messenger ﷺ. So he drank till I became pleased. Then I said; It is time for us to move; O Allah Apostle! He said; Yes. So we set out while the people i.e. Quraish pagans were searching for us; but none found us except Suraqah Bin Malik Bin Jushum who was riding his horse. I said; These are our pursuers who have found us. O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! SahihAlBukhari-017-001-927Narrated Aisha: There was a black slave girl belonging to an Arab tribe and they manumitted her but she remained with them. The slave girl said; Once one of their girls of that tribe came out wearing a red leather scarf decorated with precious stones. It fell from her or she placed it somewhere. A kite passed by that place; saw it Lying there and mistaking it for a piece of meat; flew away with it. Those people searched for it but they did not find it. So they accused me of stealing it and started searching me and even searched my private parts. The slave girl further said; By Allah! while I was standing in that state with those people; the same kite passed by them and dropped the red scarf and it fell amongst them. I told them; This is what you accused me of and I was innocent and now this is it. Aisha added: That slave girl came to Allah Messenger ﷺ and embraced Islam. She had a tent or a small room with a low roof in the Masjid. Whenever she called on me; she had a talk with me and whenever she sat with me; she would recite the following: The day of the scarf band was one of the wonders of our Lord; verily He rescued me from the disbelievers town. Aisha added: Once I asked her; What is the matter with you? Whenever you sit with me; you always recite these poetic verses. On that she told me the whole story. The Chapter on Parents And Weeping in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Sleeping of a woman in the Masjid and residing in it in Sahih AlBukhari

SahihMuslim-017-001-22103Zaid Bin Wahb Juhani reported and he was among the squadron which was under the command of Ali Allah be pleased with him and which set out to curb the activities of the Khawarij. Ali Allah be pleased with him said: O people; I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: There would arise from my Ummah a people who would recite the Quran; and your recital would seem insignificant as compared with their recital; your prayer as compared with their prayer; and your fast; as compared with their fast. They would recite the Quran thinking that it supports them; whereas it is an evidence against them. Their prayer does not get beyond their collar bone; they would swerve through Islam just as the arrow passes through the prey. If the squadron which is to encounter them were to know what great boon has been assured to them by their Messenger ﷺ they would completely rely upon this deed alone and cease to do other good deeds ; and their that of the Khawarij distinctive mark is that there would be among them a person whose wrist would be without the arm; and the end of his wrist would be fleshy like the nipple of the breast on which there would be white hair. You would be marching towards Muawiya and the people of Syria and you would leave them behind among your children and your property to do harm. By Allah; I believe that these are the people against whom you have been commanded to fight and get reward for they have shed forbidden blood; and raided the animals of the people. So go forth in the name of Allah to fight against them. Salama Bin Kuhail mentioned that Zaid Bin Wahb made me alight at every stage; till we crossed a bridge. Abdullah Bin Wahb AlRasibi was at the head of the Khawarij when we encountered them. He Abdullah said to his army: Throw the spears and draw out your swords from their sheaths; for I fear that they would attack you as they attacked you on the day of Harura. They went back and threw their spears and drew out their swords; and people fought against them with spears and they were killed one after another. Only two persons were killed among the people among the army led by Ali on that day. Ali Allah be pleased with him said: Find out from among them the dead bodies of the Khawarij the maimed. They searched but did not find him. Ali Allah be pleased with him then himself stood up and walked till he came to the people who had been killed one after another. He Ali said: Search them to the last; and then Ali companions found him the dead body of the maimed near the earth. He Ali then pronounced Allahu Akbar Allah is the Greatest and then said; Allah told the Truth and His Messenger ﷺ conveyed it. Then there stood before him Abida Salmani who said: Commander of the Believers; by Allah; besides Whom there is no god but He; tell me whether you heard this hadith from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He said: Yes; by Allah; besides Whom there is no god but He. He asked him to take an oath thrice and he took the oath. The Chapter on Horses Islam And Alquran in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 48 in Sahih Muslim
SahihMuslim-017-001-22104Ubaidullah Bin Abu Rafi; the freed slave of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ; said: When Haruria the Khawarij set out and as he was with Ali Bin Abu Talib Allah be pleased with him they said; There is no command but that of Allah. Upon this Ali said: The statement is true but it is intentionally applied to support a wrong cause. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ described their characteristics and I found these characteristics in them. They state the truth with their tongue; but it does not go beyond this part of their bodies and the narrator pointed towards his throat. The most hateful among the creation of Allah is one black man among them Khawarij. One of his hand is like the teat of a goat or the nipple of the breast. When Ali Bin Abu Talib Allah be pleased with him killed them; he said: Search for his dead body. They searched for him; but they did not find it his dead body. Upon this he said: Go and search for him. By Allah; neither I have spoken a lie nor has the lie been spoken to me. Ali said this twice and thrice. They then found him the dead body in a rain. They brought his dead body till they placed it before him Hadrat Ali. Ubaidullah said: And; I was present at that place when this happened and when Ali said about them. A person narrated to me from Ibn Hanain that he said: I saw that black man.The Chapter on Funerals And Asking For Mercy in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 48 in Sahih Muslim
SahihMuslim-017-001-23478Dawud reported from Amir who said: I asked Alqama if Ibn Masud was present with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the night of the Jinn the night when the Prophet met them. He Ibn Masuad said: No; but we were in the company of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ one night and we missed him. We searched for him in the valleys and the hills and said. He has either been taken away by jinn or has been secretly killed. He the narrator said. We spent the worst night which people could ever spend. When it was dawn we saw him coming from the side of Hiri. He the narrator reported. We said: Messenger of Allah; we missed you and searched for you; but we could not find you and we spent the worst night which people could ever spend. He the Holy Prophet said: There came to me an inviter on behalf of the Jinn and I went along with him and recited to them the Quran. He the narrator said: He then went along with us and showed us their traces and traces of their embers. They the Jinn asked him the Holy Prophet about their provision and he said: Every bone on which the name of Allah is recited is your provision. The time it will fall in your hand it would be covered with flesh; and the dung of the camels is fodder for your animals. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Dont perform istinja with these things for these are the food of your brothers Jinn. The Chapter on Wealth And Spending in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 33 in Sahih Muslim
